MassWorks was designed with employers needs in mind.

An easy-to-administer benefit, MassWorks connects your employees with a network of housing specialists – from homebuyer counselors to MassWorks lenders who will guide employees through the process of purchasing their first home.

more information.

Customize MassWorks to meet your organization’s goals

  • Decide on a benefit amount - the minimum employer investment is $2,500 per employee.
  • Determine eligibility - MassWorks can be used as a tool to recruit new employees, or can be reserved for employees with a minimum number of years of service.
  • Invest in the community: Limit MassWorks eligibility to employees purchasing in a particular neighborhood, community or region. Encouraging employees to live near work can help revitalize neighborhoods and reduce long commutes.

Promote MassWorks to your employees

  • MHP will work with your organization to publicize MassWorks.
